How will you achieve your goals this year?

Borrow liberally, combine uniquely, and create your own bespoke blueprint.
— Timothy Ferriss, Author

Being a leader on campus is a tall order.

Firstly, it's a voluntary role.

Secondly, there is no limit to the amount of time one could invest in a club or society. This, however, is the obstacle that needs to be overcome. Learning to prioritise high importance, long term goals will dramatically increase your impact.

Everything from BBQs on campus to Industry Networking Nights have a formula. The quicker you learn these, the faster you can do what no one has been able to do before.

Here are 3 questions I never asked, and wish someone had asked me:

- If the previous leader could only re-do 20% of their actions, which actions would they prioritise?

- Have you co-created independent development plans for each of your committee members?

- Who is going to mentor you through this year so you can maximise your impact?

We work with you so your leadership is effective, efficient and memorable.
